POLK COUNTY WATER RESTRICTION SITE

Dear Neighbors,

 Southwest Water Management District has Modified Phase III on watering through October 1, 2026.

 Watering of Homes

• Even numbered – Tuesdays before 4am, or after 8pm
• Odd numbered – Thursdays before 4am, or after 8pm

(you must choose only one window)

 Pressure Washing

• Only permitted in preparation for painting and sealing is allowed.

 Hand Watering

Residents may still hand water under Phase III modification, before 8am, or after 6pm.

 New Lawns and Plants

New lawns and plants have a 60-day establishment period.

During Days 1–30, watering is permitted any day of the week.

During Days 31–60, watering is permitted three days per week as follows:

• • Even-numbered homes:Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
  • Odd-numbered homes: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays

The City of Winter Haven, will be following Southwest Water Managements restrictions, and will be checking periodically for the enforcement of this new Phase III Modification.

 I know we are were hoping that it would have been lifted come July 1rst, but the Districts Board meet this week, and this is what was proposed.
